- After 10 years of negotiations, HSIF funding, and community collaboration, Mawlugutineg was incorporated in 2019.
- MOU with Metepnagiag, Horizon, and Vitalité 2018
- NIHB. - Mawlugutineg Contribution Agreement
- ED hired in April 2020
- Clinical staff recruited July 2020
- Celebrated 1 year anniversary August 2020
- Connecting with RCMP to support more positive relations with the surrounding detachments ( Blackville, Neguac, Tracadie, Sunny Corner, Bathurst and Dalhousie)
- Collaboration with the RCMP on " Situation Table " for high-risk community members.
- Working with GNB?HHN to secure services of Dr. Andrew Dutcher.
- Ongoing response to community crisis - draft policy established.

- Collaboration with " Bridge the Gap" in populating Indigenous content to new virtual resources
- Strong collaboration / relationships with Miramchi mental health and addictions - cultural teachings, referrals, crisis response etc.
- Supporting a comforting counselling room in communities
- Moved to a new location - 40 Micmac Road Eel Ground
- Multiple collaborations to support clients' needs including housing, food security, family relations (CFS) Jordan's Principle, Integrated Service Delivery (ISD), MVHS, NBES, BHS, Sugarloaf, ASD-N.
